Launch of Eco Deck
We are proud to introduce the new addition to Hutan Kota by Plataran, the Eco Deck. Representing the spirit of Plataran True Leadership of Indonesian Ecotourism through Nature, Culture & Community at Hutan Kota By Plataran - Light of Nusantara. New dining experience surrounded by lush greenery, like an oasis in the heart of the city with skyscrapers as the backdrop. A unique outdoor and semi-outdoor event space suitable for any occasion, from social gatherings, high-network meetings, exhibitions, and intimate concerts, such as tonight's showcase from Andien, to mark the official launch of the Eco Deck. Just last week, we organized Art Jakarta for the second time as an official venue partner. We are excited to welcome art enthusiasts, gallerists, and artists from Indonesia and beyond as we also fully support the growth of communities of all kinds in Indonesia.
About Eco Deck
The Eco Deck is composed of materials from deserted sea woods, forest woods, as well as bamboo from the exotic West Bali National Park, Komodo National Park, and Bukit Menoreh in Borobudur where some of Plataran resorts are located. The dining area is non-permanent, inspired by tent safari styles in Plataran Menjangan in West Bali National Park. Plataran Menjangan itself is awarded as one of the World's Top Safari Stay by TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Awards, the one and only in Indonesia and one of the two representative countries in Asia.
Eco Deck Platter
Tonight we are also serving a special Eco Deck signature dish, called the Eco Deck Platter, along with the Plataran Iconic Ecotourism Menu, which features plants or herbs that are rarely used and have extraordinary properties.
