  1. Sumatran Tiger is the smallest tiger among other tiger subspecies, and they can only be found in their habitat in Sumatera Island, Indonesia.
  2. Interestingly, this smallest tigers are not a recent subspecies that was formed, from fossil that were found in China indicates that Sumatran Tiger has been extist since 2 million years ago.
  3. Another interesting fact is that the color of Sumatran Tiger has the darkest colour and thinnest line pattern on their body compare to their cousins/subspecies.
  4. The roar of Sumatran Tiger can be heard until 3 kilometres away.
  5. These tigers can also jump up to 10 metres away.
  6. The power of their jaws that they use to bite can be up to 450 kilograms force.
